| dc.description.abstract | Ülseratif kolit'in (ÜK) başlangıç ve alevlenmele¬rinde mevsimsel değişikliklerin etkisini araştıran birçok çalışma çelişkili sonuçlar vermiştir. Bu çalışmamıza; înflamatuvar Barsak Hastalıkları Ünitesinde, düzenli olarak takip edilen ve aktivasyon nedeni saptanamayan 124 hasta alınmıştır. 124 hasta 1722 ay takip edilmiş¬tir. Bu süre içerisinde 164 relaps ve 113 başlangıç sap¬tandı. Aylara ve mevsimlere göre başlangıç ve relaps is¬tatistiksel olarak anlamsız bulundu. (Sırasıylap= 0.79, p=0.90, p= 0.91, p= 0.87). | |
