| dc.description.abstract | Hipereozinofilik sendrom (HES) nadir bir myeloproliferatif bozukluk olup, süreklieozonofili ve multipl organ hasarı ile karakterizedir. HES birçok organda eşzamanlıdisfonksiyon yaratabileceğinden çok çeşitli semptomlarla karşımıza çıkabilir. Buolgu sunumunda hastanemiz aciline hipereozinofilik sendrom hikayesi olan 28 yaşında solunum sıkıntısı ile gelen olguda tanı ve tedavi yaklaşımları tartışıldı. | |
