| dc.description.abstract | Spontan koroner arter diseksiyonu akut koroner sendromun nadir nedenlerindendir. Bu çalışmada postpartum birinci haftada spontan koroner arter diseksiyonu tanısıyla koroner arter baypas operasyonu uygulanan 29 yaşında Türk bayan hasta bildirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada postpartum spontan koroner arter diseksiyonu takip ve tedavi yaklaşımları gözden geçirilmiştir. | |
