| dc.description.abstract | Trakea-özofageal fistül, özofagus ve trakea arasındabağlantı olmasıdır. Konjenital veya edinsel olarakoluşabilirler. Erişkinlerde çoğunlukla edinsel şekligörülür. Trakea-özofageal fistül hayatı tehdit eden birdurum olup uygun yöntemle tedavi edilmesi gerekir.Bu olgu sunumunda Ivor Lewis ameliyatı nedeniyletakip edilen hastada özofagusa stent uygulanmasısonrası stent migrasyonuna bağlı gelişen trake-özofageal fistül olgusu sunulmuştur | |
