| dc.description.abstract | Herpes simpleks virüsler immunkompetan kişide nadiren akut hepatit sebebidir. Herpes hepatit ateş, iştahsızlık, bulantı-kusma, karın ağrısı gibi nonspesifik semptomlar ile başlar. Transaminaz yüksekliği, lökopeni, düşük bilirubin düzeyleri ve mukokutanöz lezyonların varlığı tanıda yol gösterici olabilir. Bu yazıda da karaciğerde multiple hipodens lezyonlar ve mokozal herpetik lezyonlarla karakterize bir herpes hepatit olgusu sunulmuştur. | |
