| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada tanısı kesinleşmiş 16 gluten enteropatili hastada HLA klas I ve II grupları araştırılmıştır. Kontrol grubu olarak 55 sağlıklı böbrek vericisinin doku grupları alınmıştır. İstatistiksel olarak HLA B8, B13, DQ2 ve DQ3 varlığı anlamlı (p< 0.05), DR 3 varlığı ise ileri derecede anlamlı (p< 0.005) olarak bulunmuştur. DR fenotiplerine göre rölatif risk DR3/ DR 7 için 11, DR3 /DR 3 için 6.6 ve DR5 / DR7 için 0.89 bulunmuştur. | |
