| dc.description.abstract | Billroth II gastrektomili hastalarda safra yollarının endoskopik tetkiki normal anatomiye sahip hastalara kıyasla daha zor olabilmektedir. Bu hastalarda \" endoskopik sfinkteroplasti \" olarak isimlendirilen papillanın hidrostatik dilatasyonu etkili bir tedavi alternatifi oluşturmaktadır. Endoskopik sfinkterotomi uygulayamadığımız 2 Billroth II anastomozlu hastada endoskopik sfinkteroplasti yaptık. iki hastada da koledok taşları başarıyla çıkarıldı. işleme bağlı komplikasyon olmadı. Endoskopik tedavi gereksinimi olan Billroth II gastrektomili hastalarda endoskopik sfinkteroplastiyi etkili bir yöntem olarak öneriyoruz. | |
